I’m a mother of 3 in my 40’s, a wife, I’m a professional, I battle an autoimmune disease, and I’m involved in my community/church.

In the past, I used all these things that make up my amazing life as the reasons WHY I did not consistently take care of myself. They were my excuses! That is until joining the Beachbody community taught me to use these things as the reasons WHY I needed to take care of my health!

Because it’s not just workout programs and Shakeology, it’s my Tribe helping me take care of me so I can take care of them!

In just a short time, being a coach has taught me that I am not alone and that there are others who struggle. I am learning to love me for who I am and give myself grace at the same time. But the biggest game changer since becoming a coach is helping other busy women learn to love themselves and live healthier life styles. Over the years, Beachbody has changed my mindset and my life.

This business is not for everyone. I’d go as far as to say it’s not for most. But it is for me. I am stronger in this community than I am alone.

We will be focusing on getting in a quick 20-30 minute workout each day.

You’ll have me as your personal coach and mentor to help keep you accountable, and an entire community of other women just like you in our private support group.
